Kingsum Electronics Co., LTD. has become a professional high density and high precision PCB (Printed Circuit Boards) manufacturer. In 2003, we invested to build the Ronghui Electronics (Huizhou) Co., LTD. She is special in mass production for single-sided PCB to 28 layers PCB. In 2005, in order to meet our customers' fast prototype needs, we built Shenzhen Xinronghui Electronics Co., LTD. She can offer 24 hours fast sample service for single-sided and double-sided PCB, 72 hours service for 4 to 10 layers PCB. and 7 days fast sample service up to 18 layers PCB. 

Now Kingsum offer qualified single-sided PCB, double-sided PCB, multilayer PCB, Special  PCB to our customers. The products including Solder Mask On Bare Copper (SMOBC) PCB, HASL, Flash Gold PCB, Electroless Nickel and Immersion Gold (ENIG) PCB, Carbon Paste Screening PCB, Immersion Silver (I-Ag) PCB, Organic Solderability Preservative (OSP) PCB, Immersion Tin (I-Sn) PCB, Lead Free Hot Air Solder Level (Pb-free HASL) PCB. About 80 percent of our products are exported to overseas, such as the United States, Europe, Japan and Middle East.

The milestone of Kingsum  

Aug,2001:  Kingsum Electronics Co., LTD was found in Shenzhen, China;

Nov,2003:  Kingsum invested to build Ronghui Electronics(HUIZHOU) Co., LTD and start the full-process PCB manufacture;

Jun,2004:  Got UL approval for single-sided PCB, double-sided PCB and Multilayer PCB manufacture;

Jul,2004:  Got SGS ISO9001:2000 Approval for single-sided PCB, double-sided PCB and Multilayer PCB manufacture;

Aug,2004:  Established Kingsum Electronics (HongKong) Co., LTD in HongKong, Special charging all the overseas PCB business;

Nov,2005:  Kingsum built Shenzhen Xinronghui Electronics Co., LTD to meet our customers' fast prototype PCB needs;

Nov,2006:  Kingsum cooperated with Golbalsources (NASDAQ:GSOL) to explore the overseas marketing;

Mar,2007:  Kingsum cooperated with Shengyi Electronics Co., LTD to full our customers's high layer and high Tech PCB requirement.
